Our Transfer Center serves to arrange all transfers into our Hospital's inpatient care environment. The Transfer Center is staffed 24/7/365 to allow a consolidated resource to arrange transfers and ensure the availability of needed resources. Referring providers will have "one-call access" to all the services we provide. We strive to create an integrated healthcare delivery model to ensure we can provide region-leading healthcare to our local and referral communities with a single call.
